Well, I did lose weight this week but not much. Not really sure why because I think that I did pretty well with staying in my point range and I exercised at least 5 days this week. But I guess a loss is a loss so I'm not going to worry about it to much. Today starts a new week and a new opportunity to make good choices.
Remember last week when I said that I wanted to start toning my abs? Well, I found a DVD called Ab Ripper and let me tell you, the title says it all! In 6 minutes you do 200 sit-ups (20 reps of 10 different exercises), and boy am I feeling it today!! It's not easy but I'm looking forward to seeing the results.
Also, as of now I am down to 22 WW points/day instead of 24! I know that might now sound like good news, but it really is...I'm pretty excited. I normally average about 22-23 any way so it shouldn't be that hard to stick with it.
I haven't taken any pictures lately but not because I don't want to I just don't have much time once the day gets started and then before I know it Monday has come and gone. I am going to try really hard to get one up next week though....but don't hold your breath!
