Week Two

YAY! I did it! I made it through my (second) first week. Was I perfect? No. Did I exercise everyday? No. But I tried my best and that is what matters. Plus...by cutting out all that junk I had been eating and exercising at least most days I lost almost 4 lbs in one week! Of course, the scale could have been off a bit, but none the less it feels good to be heading on the right track!

Next month I am going on a mini vacation with my in-laws so that is my motivation to keep going. I want to look and feel good about myself! I can't wait for our trip. We are going to have so much fun!

So here is to another week of making good choices!
